If you haven't already read about our managed network service plans, we recommend you start there. If you have and you just aren't convinced that that's the right solution for you at this point in time, then consider our on-call network support.
When you call for service, we'll be on the phone with you and start working on a solution for you right away. We have excellent phone troubleshooting skills, and we also have the ability to remotely connect to your computer over the internet. If that doesn't pan out, we'll stop by your office. If it turns out you need a hardware replacement, we'll coordinate a warranty repair with your computer manufacturer, or, in the case of non-warranty items, we can run to a local shop and pick the part up and install it. Our goal is to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
